Equipment

  • High-speed blender + tamper

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 large navel orange
  • 1/2 small avocado flesh scooped out
  • 1/4 cup frozen beet slices
  • 2-3 tablespoons non-dairy milk
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides or other protein powder of choice
  • 1/2-1 inch knob fresh ginger
  • 3-4 drops stevia optional

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. You will likely need to scrape down the sides occasionally and/or use a tamper given how thick it will be. Taste before serving to adjust sweetness level and add a bit of stevia, honey, or maple if desired.
