Ruby Red Smoothie Bowl with Strawberry, Orange, and Beet

A smoothie bowl that will leave you feeling vibrant and downright sassy for the rest of the day.

- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 large navel orange
- 1/2 small avocado flesh scooped out
- 1/4 cup frozen beet slices
- 2-3 tablespoons non-dairy milk
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1 scoop collagen peptides or other protein powder of choice
- 1/2-1 inch knob fresh ginger
- 3-4 drops stevia optional
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. You will likely need to scrape down the sides occasionally and/or use a tamper given how thick it will be. Taste before serving to adjust sweetness level and add a bit of stevia, honey, or maple if desired.
